The most precious thing missing from a virtual ceremony is the personal interaction with friends, family, and alumni. But we’d like to correct that with a video from you.

Record your message for the class of 2021 and we’ll include it in a video to be played during the college’s graduation ceremony. Best wishes, congratulations, good luck, come work for me, any sort of message of encouragement is appreciated. Get creative, get festive, get loud, but most of all get yourself on camera!

RECOMMENDATION

Here are some quick tips to help you create as good a video as your imagination can dream.

• Remember to light your videos well from the front, we want to see you.
• Film in as quiet an environment as you can find.
• If filming outdoors try to stand out of the wind to diminish microphone noise.
• If filming outside keep the sun in front of you. (Remember? We want to see you!)

REQUIREMENTS

• Videos must be no longer than 15 seconds.
• Videos must be shot horizontally. (The long way.)
• Submit videos at the link below.
• Videos will be accepted until 5 p.m. on May 3.
